At Melanie Crane, every piece is carefully handcrafted and inspected before it is dispatched. We are committed to creating high-quality garments and providing every customer with an exceptional shopping experience.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. As every Melanie Crane piece is handcrafted in limited quantities, production begins shortly after an order is received.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Made to order. Please allow 4–5 business days for production before dispatch.

Delivery time begins once your order has been dispatched and will depend on your location and delivery method.

Refunds

If we are unable to dispatch your accepted order within the stated 4–5 business day production timeframe, we will contact you and offer the option of a full refund.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be completed.

Returns & Exchanges

As many of our pieces are handcrafted and produced in limited quantities, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

You receive the wrong item.
Your item arrives damaged.
Your item has a manufacturing defect.

If this happens, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We may request photographs of the item before arranging a replacement or refund.
